This week our pupils enjoyed a range of activities around the theme of 'Loneliness', including mindfulness sessions, highland dancing, Fist Pump 5 lessons and an 'indoor' movie picnic!
We considered ways in which we can connect with ourselves, others, the community and the world around us. Our School Council launed new 'Buddy Benches' for the Junior Playground, while the Eco Committee organised for each class to 'Adopt an Animal', kindly sponsored by Parkview Vetinary Practice.
All pupils have participated in the creation of 'Kindness Mail' which will be delivered to local nursing homes.
