Eco Challenge - Week 4

14th May 2020

Thank you to everyone who took part in last week's Eco challenge! Lots of you came up with super ideas to recycle old materials in order to create new plant pots for your garden.

This week's challenge is called "Nature in Motion". It involves creating an animation or storyboard about something you can see outside in nature

It could be as simple as taking a picture of a field or garden and then thinking about the different plants and animals within that space. Have a look at the information below to help you.

Once you have decided on a location / topic, you could then draw pictures to create a storyboard of your scene. It doesn't have to be very long, you might just want to select 3 main pictures to focus on.

If you have time, you might want to animate your storyboard into a short film. You might also be interested in another competition below if you do take part in this...

Nature in your Neighbourhood

Here is another interesting competition called "Nature in your Neighourhood" which involves creating a short film about nature in your local area. This competition is open to all young people aged 5-19 across the UK

The makers of the winning film will receive a home film-making bundle worth £300, and two runners up will get their hands on a year's subscription to Netflix! The closing date for entries is Friday 19 June 2020.
